You will be invited to participate in five vinyasa flow yoga and mindfulness classes, suitable for all bodies and abilities, led by 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Karina from Wild Yoga Life. Karina has over 10 years’ experience teaching all bodies, ranging from pregnancy yoga, strong vinyasa flow classes, gentle flow classes and chair yoga. She is very aware of the energetic world and brings a spiritual element, including energetic awareness, into her classes.
Experience firsthand the powerful impact of Yoga Stops Traffick by visiting the communities you support. You'll get the chance to visit the Odanadi Boys & Girls’ House and spend meaningful time with the incredible young survivors. Along with seeing the effect our school bus program has, you'll gain deeper insight about the rescue work done through the Grace Charitable Trust.
