Esther Ekhart, yoga and meditation teacher and founder of EkhartYoga, is hosting a monthly Satsang – time to come together as a community, to move, meditate and immerse ourselves in inspiring and topical conversations. The event takes place on 18th March 2023, 4pm-5:15pm CET
This month, Esther is dedicating her Satsang to the important cause of Yoga Stops Traffick, an annual campaign uniting yoga practitioners across the globe to take a stance against human trafficking. All proceeds from the Satsang will go to ‘Yoga Stops Traffick’.
The theme for this gathering is Finding refuge.
Refuge offers a place for us to rest and find support on our journey to freedom, as we move through our joys and sorrows. In finding refuge, we reaffirm our sacred connection with life. The event is donation-based to make it possible for everyone to join. Please give what feels right, and makes your heart happy. That is the principle of ‘Dana’ (generosity or giving). The gathering will take place on Zoom and the recordings will be sent 2-3 days after the live event. Please make sure you are subscribed to receive emails from EkhartYoga in order to obtain the recordings.
