Option 1: Practice 108 Sun Salutations
This is what we do at our flagship event in India. Learn more about our event – and it is no mean feat!
108 sun salutations refers to a yoga practice where you perform the Sun Salutation sequence 108 times—a sacred number symbolizing a deep connection to the universe and wholeness. This challenging, meditative practice fosters inner peace and focus through movement, and requires time, determination, and both mental and physical strength.
If you are familiar with sun salutations, you can do this on your own, at your own pace.

Option 2: Guided Yoga Stops Traffick Classes
You can practice your usual yoga routine or follow one of our guided classes, now available online:
