What is your role within the company?
Proprietor of Colour Flow Activewear.
What does your typical ‘work day’ look like?
I walk my dog every morning at 7am, yoga at 8am twice a week and then I work from 9am until I’m finished!
How did you come to the practice of yoga?
After I lost someone very close, my dad.
What impact has regular yoga had on your mind & body?
Yoga helps me to connect my mind and body. I learned with yoga to listen to my body, understanding my limits and focus on my challenges. Also respect peoples limitations.
Which is your favourite yoga pose?
Tree pose.
How else do you practice ‘self care’ in your life?
Healthy meals, meditation and keeping good people around me.
Who/What has been your biggest inspiration?
The Dalai Lama.
What do you think is the biggest issue facing the global yoga community?
Selfishness.
