Ethical British activewear brand Perky Peach is on a mission, to empower women through fitness and beyond, creating products which make you feel amazing and look perfect both in and out of the studio.
With a passion for prints and colour, their beautiful leggings and vests are sublimation printed which uses less water and electricty and are all sustainably made using only recycled plastics and bamboo. This not only helps reduce consumption of new raw materials, it also helps reduce energy usage, as well as reducing air and water pollution from landfills and marine waste.
Perky Peach strives to consciously keep their active-wear collection small, simple and at a much more sustainable pace that’s kinder to the planet and the people that make them. This way of working allows them to focus on the individuality and longevity of each design and ensures that they never over-produce; an industry problem that’s having dire affects on the environment in terms of waste.

We spoke to Amy at Perky Peach to find out what made them want to support our Yoga Stops Traffick 2020 campaign and become one of our key partners….
Why has your company chosen to support our global campaign Yoga Stops Traffick?
Human trafficking has always been something we are conscious of as a company. Our director has taken part in ‘The Most Exotic Challenge’ for the past few years, helping to raise funds for the British Asian Trust so when we heard about this we just had to get involved and help spread awareness. Many people don’t really think about it as it simply doesn’t affect them.
What is your role within the company?
Head of product, social media and wholesale.
What does your typical ‘work day’ look like?
Very varied! It can be anything from sending out orders, organising photoshoots to designing new products and liaising with influencers and buyers.
How do you typically exercise?
During the week I spend my time on the treadmill and cross-trainer but I also love Hiit and Spin classes! At the weekends I normally go for long walks along the beach with family.
What impact has regular exercise had on your mind & body?
I normally go to the gym every morning before work, this sets me up for the day with a clear and positive mindset.
How else do you practice ‘self care’ in your life?
I love spending as much time as I can outside, and I like to eat well during the week and allow myself to eat what I like at weekends! I also love to bake so my weekends are normally full of long walks and baking, I find it a great stress reliever.
Who/What has been your biggest inspiration?
I get inspired by lots of different things really, I love art and photography so often find inspiration in artworks or even colours of the sky! I’m a sucker for a sunset. But I also love to look on Instagram and Pinterest for unique and wonderful things!
What’s on the horizon for your company?
Lots! This year we are looking to develop and expand our product range further and hopefully get our products stocked in some amazing shops & boutiques.
What message would you like to give to everyone taking part in Yoga Stops Traffick 2020?
Thank you for taking part, it’s such a wonderful thing you are doing.
